Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vitantra. We’ve written them to be clear and fair. By using Vitantra, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vitantra (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vitantra provides AI-powered holistic wellness plans covering Workout, Nutrition, Hydration, and Habits. Available via web (vitantra.ai) and mobile apps (iOS and Android).

Important: Vitantra is a wellness companion, not a medical provider. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise programme, or health regime, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vitantra. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

Core is permanently free. Paid tiers (Advanced, Advanced+, Premium) are billed monthly or annually through your platform payment method. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — a credit card is required to start a paid plan.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellations drop you to the free Core plan — your data and progress are preserved.
  • Annual refunds: Within 30 days of annual billing, we offer a full refund on request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vitantra for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service, share account credentials, submit false or harmful information, or attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, design, trademarks, and functionality of Vitantra are owned by or licensed to Vitantra LLC. You retain ownership of any personal health data you submit. You grant Vitantra a limited licence to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vitantra is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated plans will achieve specific health outcomes. Results vary by individual.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitantra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including health outcomes, data loss, or interruption of service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
