Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and Vitantra LLC for your use of Vitantra. We’ve written them to be clear and fair. By using Vitantra, you agree to them. Please read them — they protect both you and us.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using Vitantra (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who You Are Contracting With

The Service is provided by Vitantra LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. References to “Vitantra”, “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms mean Vitantra LLC.

3. The Service

Vitantra provides AI-supported holistic wellness plans covering Workout, Nutrition, Hydration, and Habits. The Service is offered through vitantra.ai and the Vitantra apps, and availability on a given platform or app store may differ by region and may change over time. Where the Website or the Service describes something as coming soon, it is not available until we announce that it has been released.

4. Wellness, Not Medical Advice

Important: Vitantra is a wellness companion, not a medical provider. Nothing in the Service is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the Service is not an emergency service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new diet, exercise programme, or health regime, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, and contact your local emergency services in an emergency.

5. AI-Generated Guidance

Vitantra uses AI to generate plans, suggestions, and companion responses. AI output is general wellness information, can be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be applied using your own judgement and, where appropriate, the advice of a qualified professional.

6. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vitantra. By creating an account you confirm that you are 13 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Where applicable law requires the consent or authorisation of a parent or guardian for someone under the age of majority, the Service may only be used with that consent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

7. Plans, Trials and Billing

Vitantra offers a free Core tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Current plan features and prices are shown in the Vitantra app at the time of purchase.

  • Paid-plan trial: all paid Vitantra plans include a 14-day trial. The trial applies both when you purchase a paid plan and when you upgrade from a lower tier to a paid plan.
  • Core AI-chat allowance: separately from the paid-plan trial above, the free Core tier includes a 14-day unlimited AI-chat period, after which Core accounts receive 10 AI messages per day. This Core allowance is a usage rule for the free tier, not a paid subscription trial.
  • Payment channels: purchases made on the web may be processed through Stripe, and purchases made through a mobile app store may be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and their associated billing systems. The rules and terms of the channel you buy through also apply to that purchase.
  • Renewal and cancellation: paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals and future recurring charges. Access to paid features continues until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the free Core tier. Your data and progress are preserved.
  • Refunds: Vitantra does not offer a blanket refund policy. Where a refund is required by applicable law, or is available under the rules of the channel you purchased through — including the Apple App Store or Google Play — those rules govern, and a store purchase generally has to be raised with that store.
  • Changing plans: where an upgrade or downgrade is available to you, it takes effect on the terms shown to you at the time you make the change.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Vitantra for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or rate-limiting measures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, design, trademarks, and functionality of Vitantra are owned by or licensed to Vitantra LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the personal and wellness information you submit to the Service. You grant Vitantra the limited licence needed to use that information to provide, support, and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vitantra is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated plans will achieve any specific health or wellness outcome. Results vary by individual.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including health outcomes, data loss, or interruption of service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. If you live somewhere whose law gives you consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived, nothing in these Terms takes those rights away, and you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law develop. When we do, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and version, and where a change is material we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
